He later earned bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in Human Movement Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and became a strength and conditioning coach with TeamNL. He encountered HYROX through an advertisement and made his debut in 2021, finding its running-and-functional-strength format suited his training background.
