Biography

Sporting background

Kris Rugloski did not grow up in organised sport. She began training after trying an obstacle race, developed into an obstacle-course racer and ultrarunner, and entered her first HYROX in Dallas in February 2020. In 2022 she won World's Toughest Mudder and became the first woman to complete 100 miles at the 24-hour event.

HYROX achievements

Rugloski won the women's Elite 15 title at the 2022 HYROX World Championships in Las Vegas. She finished seventh at the 2023 Worlds in Manchester. Her later Elite 15 doubles results include ninth with Kayti Simonson at the 2025 World Championships and third with Alandra Greenlee in Washington DC in 2026.
