Biography
Sporting background
New Zealander Beau Wills represented Waikato in tennis and New Zealand at under-19 volleyball before earning a tennis scholarship in the United States. He was twice selected All-South Atlantic Conference at Brevard College and later earned All-CAA second-team doubles honours at Hofstra. After college, he spent seven or eight years coaching and training CrossFit full-time before moving into HYROX in 2022.
HYROX achievements
Wills reached Elite 15 podiums with third place in Stockholm in 2023 and at the 2025 Las Vegas Major. He finished eighth at the 2024 World Championships in Nice and ninth in Chicago in 2025; at Chicago he and Eugenio Bianchi also placed fourth in men's Elite 15 Doubles. He began 2026 by winning the St. Gallen Pro men's race.
