Biography
Sporting background
Lucy Procter came to HYROX from club running, primarily cross-country with some track work. After leaving school and moving to London, she added social fitness classes to her running. Someone at one of those classes suggested HYROX; she entered the Glasgow event in February 2023 and finished fourth in the women鈥檚 Open race on her debut.
HYROX achievements
Procter placed fifth in Elite 15 singles and finished second in Elite 15 women鈥檚 doubles with Sin茅ad Bent at the 2025 World Championships. The pair won the 2026 EMEA Elite 15 doubles title in London and took World Championship silver again in Stockholm. Procter also finished sixth in the Stockholm Elite 15 singles race and third with England in the mixed relay.
