Biography
Sporting background
Kate Davey works as a personal trainer and has led Precision Golf鈥檚 golf-fitness programme since 2017. Her athletic background includes multiple triathlons, among them Ironman Lanzarote, followed by CrossFit-style training. She discovered HYROX in 2022.
HYROX achievements
At the 2024 World Championships in Nice, Davey and Zara Piergianni won the women鈥檚 Pro Doubles race. Davey also finished sixth in Elite 15 singles and helped England win the inaugural Mixed Relay World Championship alongside Michael Sandbach, Piergianni and Jake Williamson. In November 2024, she placed third at the Hong Kong Elite 15 Major.
