By accessing or using hyranking.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. What the Site provides

Hyranking is an independent, unofficial HYROX race results and analytics platform. We aggregate publicly available race result data and present it for informational and personal use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to HYROX, Mika Timing, or any race organiser.

4. Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the data accurate and the Site available, but we provide everything on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Race results may contain errors inherited from source data or from our processing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content or data in bulk.
• Interfere with the Site’s infrastructure, security, or performance.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site design, code, branding, and original content are owned by ALZ Software Ltd. Race result data is derived from publicly available sources; we do not claim ownership of the underlying factual data. “HYROX” is a registered trademark of its respective owner and is used here solely for descriptive purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALZ Software Ltd and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

8. Data removal requests

If you are an athlete whose data appears on the Site and you would like it corrected or removed, please contact us via the contact page. We will process reasonable requests promptly.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective date” at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
