Biography

Sporting background

Amy Bevilacqua's sporting path began with gymnastics, followed by track and field in high school and cross-country running through college. She later competed in road running, triathlon, road cycling and Spartan obstacle-course racing. Bevilacqua discovered HYROX in a magazine and chose it because the running-heavy, relatively nontechnical format suited her background; she made her debut in New York in June 2023.

HYROX achievements

By December 2023, Bevilacqua had reached Elite 15 in Stockholm. She placed seventh at both the 2024 North American Championships in Washington and the 2024 World Championships in Nice. Her best Elite result was fourth at Las Vegas 2025, followed by eighth at the 2025 World Championships in Chicago.
